TUALATIN, Ore. -- A 17-year-old boy became the victim of a strong-armed robbery in Tualatin on Wednesday night. A man hiding in the bushes on Southwest Sagert and Martinazzi avenues jumped out and attacked the teen just before 5:30 p.m., police said.
